Balloons are only seen in some character levels. They are red and float with a power up near the surface. When the power-up is eaten, it will raise and dissappear. Balloons aren't affected by the player, pelicans or bugs. They will have the power-ups that come sorted in a bubble. The exception is the lightbulb, due to it is only seen in Midnight Zones.
